Here with another series review, just in time for Halloween. I just finished seasons 1-3 of 'From' on Netflix. The perfect Sci Fi Horror! Lets dive in... 

First, let's talk Harold Perrineau. When we talk about actors with RANGE, don’t you dare leave that man out. I’ve watched him play so many different character archetypes, and he never ceases to amaze me. He knows how to make you believe in a character, and his performance as, Boyd, the towns Sheriff is another reminder that he deserves his flowers. Now beauties, imagine traveling somewhere and ending up in a town you cannot leave. You try to drive away, and somehow you’re right back where you started. That alone would have me spiraling, but it gets worse. When the sun goes down, these terrifying creatures come out, and everyone has to get inside, secure the doors and windows, and trust these little stones called talismans to keep them safe. Baby, my entire survival depending on a little rock???? I would need several. What makes this show so unsettling is that being inside doesn’t mean you can relax. Those creatures know how to get in your head, and the town itself is one giant question mark. Every time I think I’m getting somewhere with a theory, another twist happens and I’m back to knowing absolutely nothing.There are so many secrets, strange connections, and moments that make you want to pause and discuss immediately. This is definitely a “please catch up so we can talk about it” kind of show. I need answers. I need to compare theories. And I need season four on Netflix IMMEDIATELY.
