Its Spooky Season!

 Hi Beauties,

Today is October 1st, my favorite month besides my birth month!!!! I feel like I've been waiting on this month because I have so much planned. Between football, festivals, halloween plans, school, and everything else that somehow finds its way onto my calendar. While my calendar is filling up fast, I'm overthinking about all the outfits. Im praying this Louisiana weather behaves this year!!!!

Fall fashion is probably one of my favorite parts of the season. The layers, the textures, the darker colors, the boots. Everything just feels a little more fun! So instead of making a long list of every trend I'm loving right now, I narrowed it down to five things I know I'll be wearing all fall.

1. Fringe

Fringe is def having a moment in my closet this fall. Whether it's on a jacket, bag, skirts, or boots. I love how much movement and personality it adds to an outfit. It gives a simple look a little extra attitude without trying too hard.

2. Trench jackets

I love how effortless they look. You can throw one over a basic outfit and somehow it immediately feels more put together. I'm especially into oversized trenches because they give that relaxed, slightly dramatic look without feeling like you tried too hard.

3. Leather

Leather always comes back around for me when the weather starts cooling down, and I'm fully embracing it. Jackets, pants, skirts, boots- I want it allllll! It adds a little edge to an outfit and makes even the simplest pieces feel more out together. 

4. Camo print

I honestly wear camo year round, lol. I love it because it can be styles so many different ways. You can make it casual, girly, oversized, fitted, or mix it with unexpected pieces to make it feel more personal.

5. Tall Boots

Tall boots might be the thing I'm most excited to wear this fall. They instantly make an outfit feel complete. I already know they're going to one of my most repeated pieces this season.

Those are my five for now, but knowing me, this list will probably grow before October is over. For now, I'm just excited to get dressed, enjoy everything I have planned, and officially settle into fall. 

I have a feeling October is going to be busy, a little stressful, and a lot of fun. At the very least, I plan on being cute through all of it.
